The 2019 South African National & Provincial Elections were completed on 8th May Wednesday. The Electoral Commission of Republic of South Africa scheduled the National & Provincial Elections to be held on the same day. The Elections were completed successfully and the total voter turnout during the election was 65.41%. According to the Election schedule, the Electoral Commission of South Africa declared the results today after the completion of the counting of votes in all the 22925 Voting Districts.

The South African National Assembly constitutes 400 seats. The Election were held for all the 400 seats in all the 9 provinces of South Africa. The incumbent Party African National Congress won 230 seats out of 400 seats and is ready to form the Government once again in the Republic of South Africa. The ANC Party got 10026475 votes out of 11802395 votes and 57.50% of the total votes. The Democratic Alliance party won 84 seats with 3621188 votes and 20.77% votes of total votes and took the second place, whereas the EFF Party Economic Freedom Fighters won 44 seats with 1881521 and 10.79% and stood in the third position.

The Electoral Commission of South Africa successfully completed the National & provincial elections last Wednesday 8th May 2019. The voter turnout during this election was 65.41%. The IEC of South Africa is busy in counting the votes to declare the winner by tomorrow. Till now the African National Congress Party is leading with 57.22% ( 6753446 votes), the Democratic Alliance is in the second place with 21.82% ( 2575560 votes). and in the Economic Freedom Fighters are in the third position with 10.07% ( 1188372 votes). The counting of votes completed in 17116 Voting Districts out of 22925 Voting Districts.

The South African Electoral Commission IEC scheduled the National & provincial elections in South Africa to be held on 8th May 2019. The electorate of South Africa cast their vote to choose the representatives on behalf of them in National Assembly through national elections and they cast their vote to choose the Provincial Legislature representatives on behalf of them through Provincial elections. Both national elections and the provincial elections are different but the IEC of South Africa scheduled them on the same day. The eligible voters of Republic of South Africa are going to cast their national vote and provincial vote on the same day.
